I now fully understand why there is such a low rating here. The doctors are incredible, so they get 5 stars. The receptionist, however, is horrendously rude. I called to see if they can get me in soon because I'm going through radiation and am worried I'm about to have a vertigo attack. She was so focused on the fact that my address is wrong in their system, and her tone was demeaning and lacked any sense of compassion. She told me the next opening is over a month from now. I calmly mentioned that their voice system says they do what they can to accommodate patients currently having issues, and she said "well that's wrong and needs to be fixed." I asked if any other doctor is available sooner. She then said "1. You need to see the same doctor you've seen before. 2. We can't get you in until late June." I told her how rude and condescending she was being (her tone was awful from the moment she answered the phone), and she proceeded to yell at me saying that she isn't rude, and then she hung up. What?? 🤯 I cannot believe her attitude, especially when I told her I'm undergoing radiation. Zero compassion. She's in the wrong industry if she's this jaded by patients. I'm so disappointed, because I adored the doctor there, but she is the gatekeeper and it is what it is.

I’ve been trying to contact them back but it seems to be unclear what their business hours are. I’ve left a message that’s gone unanswered, called at 4:45 but their answering machine is on and it’s 1:18pm and it’s on. I’m going to try one more time and then I’m done. Edit to add: Turns out that they turn their phones off at 4:30 every day as well as from noon - 1:30 pm every day. Ridiculous! How are you supposed to reach them if you work too?

Love Dr. Aguilar no issues with doctors.. Only issue is the office/manager that does not return calls. Someone messed with my child’s medical records and changed the grantor on my insurance to my deceased husband. Front desk asked me who was the head on policy I replied myself and my minor daughter is under me. It’s been over 5 weeks. Note both my daughter and myself have both been there before and have been patients at this office since two years prior to this sudden change in our office medical records. We became patients there years after his passing and neither of us were ever a patient there while he was alive. And only bills from this office came in his name.

I do not recommend this office, I was desperate for answers but dr aguiar kept guessing what’s really going on with me, I left there confused, pls save your time, I wish I did my homework before I went there, such waste of time, front dest associate another disappointing experience

Called for first time and somebody answered but had ask for me to hold. Then been on hold for almost 15 minutes and called the second time, and answered again, and put on hold again.
