will be getting a new provider after this. never sent me the link to my appointment and refused to pick up the phone. hung up on me when I called. worst care I've ever recieved

RUDE. I have a 10 yo daughter who struggles with SI. Trabolsi runs about 30 minutes late per appointment. When I expressed frustration with that during an appointment today, I was told “I apologized and there is nothing else I can do, would you like to continue the session?” I repeated what my daughter had said to me while we were in the waiting room for 25 minutes. She said she “should just get over it” and became embarrassed about her condition. As I tried to explain the severity of the situation due to her self harming tendencies, he interrupted me (repeatedly) then angrily said “do you want to continue with the appointment. Yes, or no?” I said “I wasn’t aware you need that to continue the appointment, I’m trying now to talk about her problems. Yes, I want to continue the appointment”. Long story short, myself, my husband, and my daughter all grew tired of trying to get a word in edgewise. I eventually just hung up. He was intentionally being smug, smiling as he down played this very serious situation. I explained to my child this is no way how a man should speak to a woman and definitely not a way for a medical professional to “care” for patients. I am embarrassed and shocked by this man’s behavior, completely unacceptable. We used it as a learning curve and she already has an intake set up with a lady APRN. It will be very nice to have someone who is open to being patient to listen to needs of the kids. We were trying to get answers today as to weather or not we should up dosage on meds or switch entirely. Not only was my child not listened to, but she was flat out disrespected. I’m nauseous thinking this man works with other children. Keep your kids away from him! Medications were never explained, and he’d just keep raising her dose without enough follow up questions. He is DANGEROUS!

I wish I could rate this guy lower. Starting in a university in another state while having this doctor is absolutely horrendous. I have had weeks worth of missed classes because I did not have my ADHD meds, and could not pay attention, and spent full days just trying to get ahold of his office. I am convinced that the only work Traboulsi does is sending all the info to his receptionist for them to do all the work, and signing papers that need the official signature. He has lied to my face about medication prescriptions being sent to pharmacies, along with telling me I was not doing enough while I was the one actually doing anything about it. Again, I have had to MISS DAYS OF CLASSES because this medical “professional” would lie to my face and keep a smug grin on the whole time, refusing to look at me. Absolutely disgusting.

I am speaking on behalf of a family member of mine who is 15 years old and had the misfortune of this doctor's incompetence and was given a blood pressure medication for ADHD. Told the same doctor that the medication was causing difficulties with him waking up for school even missing a couple days because of it. This doctor travolski actually wrote him for the same blood pressure medication and said we'll see you in two weeks we'll see how it goes. I wish I could rate him zero Stars he only got one star because I had no choice I guess but he's a negative five star doctor... On par with Joe Biden. Seemingly this doctor must have got his license to practice medicine in a Cracker Jack box. Do not go to him!

Extremely insensitive and uncaring doctor. Spent most of our appointments on the computer typing and not paying attention. Prescribed me medication that made symptoms worse and did not listen to my concerns. Go elsewhere.
