My private psychiatrist that I had for 17 years diagnosed non bipolar nonspecific. Dr. Bad at asked me if I think I can accomplish anything I put my mind too and I said yes I’m a 4.0 student that’s never been arrested in my life and I’m employee of the month at my job. And I only had 2 speeding ticket in 30 years. Dr badar route in my filet that I was manic. He was probably mad because the fist time I smoked joint before I went in his office And he asked me in the hall not in his patients room and walked away.It was the first day I saw him. His staff never told me my weight properly. He never checked my heart, lungs or look in my mouth. I never had one proper exam the entire time I saw him as my primary doctorI’m extremely under wait. And I route in my filethat I am low in weight and I’m 121 pounds and 5’10”. No I’m extremely under weight. The emergency room told me i needed to go to the urologist and Doctor anwar Said don’t worry about it you don’t need to go to the urologist and he I didn’t even need a referral to see the urologist. He made me beg him for two appointments! My experience was not good or professional but to each it own. I could go on but for practical reasons I won’t! I would not recommend him to anyone. My word I called Dr anwars office for three and to tell his medical staff I needed to reschedule an appointment and his staff pu me on hold for three days and never answers the phone. Finally I had to drive up to his office 2 days in a row in person to cancel my appointment. And even when I told his staff they blamed it on me and you know what! His staff and receptionist couldn’t even find it in thier heart to say I’m sorry you had to called three days and drive up to the office twice. These women couldn’t say I apologize or even say I’m sorry you couldn’t reach us for 3 days and Dr anwar didn’t even want to talk to me about it or hear my concerns. So I never went back! Thank you ! This doctor who is associated with Humana was assigned to me as my primary care provider. However, he is not willing to accept HMO insurance even though he is on the HMO Network, yet he refused to accept it. I had to wait for several months to be able to make an appointment with him. Unfortunately, I was rudely and unceremoniously dumped by his assistant, Jasmine, before I could see him. Now, I have to find another primary care provider and wait for several more months to get an appointment for an urgent medical condition. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dr. Anwar is very practical and professional. His office staff are always friendly and helpful. If I ever have an issue with insurance or prescription, Jasmine, Sheila, and the other girls are always helpful and nice. This office also allows walk-in patients without appointments, so it's convenient if you don't have a family doctor in town, visit this office, and get a new Dr.

It’s really sad when you call the office to ask for a prescription. When changing a new health insurance company. The receptionist was rude and did not answer the question. Wanted to say that I would be no longer a patient because of the insurance change. When my question was if they could do a prescription to the new insurance. She wanted to be confrontational with me and would not listen to what I had to say. Very sad customer service.

Dr. Badar is a great doctor, very friendly and always seems to generally care. He takes time to listen to your concerns, asks a lot of questions and doesn't make you feel rushed. He also seems to know what he's doing, has always been very helpful to me. His office staff are all very friendly and in fact have remembered me by name even though I hadn't been in the office for over a year. The office is clean and you can always get a same day appointment (though you may wait a bit longer). I hope they keep all this up because it is very hard to find great doctors and staff here in Vegas/ Henderson!
