Dr. Basel Khatib, MD

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Khatib Basel. During my relative's checkup, he barely conducted a thorough examination, which made the visit feel rushed and superficial. It seemed like he was just glancing rather than performing a proper checkup. For example, he barely looked inside the mouth and concluded everything was fine. The entire visit lasted less than two minutes—I actually timed it. Dr. Basel quickly diagnosed my relative with a viral infection and didn’t seem to take the symptoms seriously. Since then, my relative’s condition has worsened, with severe projectile vomiting and difficulty breathing. I am extremely concerned that such critical symptoms were overlooked during the visit. Based on this experience, I would recommend seeking more attentive care elsewhere.

Dr Khatib is the kindest most gentle pediatrician I've ever met. All of my kids have gone with him my 20 year old my 10 year old and now my 2 year old, not to mention all of the people who I 100% refer to him. He takes his time and really gets deep down to see what is going on with each and every patient. The door is always open they won't turn you away. Staff are super nice and friendly. Very clean.
