5 months agoDr Termanini has a horrible bedside manner. Not only did he misdiagnose me, tell me I would die from my condition, tell me I would never get on a transplant list because Iโm too fat, and he didnโt rerun any test/bloodwork. I decided to leave the practice immediately.

3 years agoCALL AND COMPLAIN DON'T LET DOCTORS TREAT YOU LIKE THIS OR IT WILL NEVER CHANGE....Waited for 45 mins in the waiting room, after months for waiting for an appointment. ONLY AFTER waiting 2 years to go back bc the office staff was horrible and didn't want me to come back. Now there is another set of office people that includes a woman who I assume has no medical degree, gatekeeping. The Dr. spent 4 minutes in the room with me. Prescribed me medicine I will not and can not take. Did not listen or hear me. When I called back about the medication interactions that I noticed from the medication he prescribed. He's still recommended me to take it. Unbelievable.

4 years agoI was supposed to have pre-authorization called in for a procedure and 3 weeks went by. I called after the 1st and was told that I didnโt have to call that they would call me when it was approved. Another week went by so I called my insurance and they had never sent in any paperwork. I spent the next week working with the insurance trying to get them to send it in only to find out that when they did reach them and get the approval code it didnโt even need a pre-authorization. Next incident I needed a pre-auth on a medication and received a notification from my pharmacy. I called them to let them know and they thought I hung up and began complaining about me. They didnโt call it in so I had to call my insurance again. They filed a grievance for me and did a 3 day override for the medication and faxed over a rush order. I just called the drs office and said it needs to be done today and they said well we are really busy. I told them this has been needed for 7 days and all I got was a ride I understand that and that was the end of the call. Dr termanini may be great but the office staff is so awful I am switching drs.
