a month agoDr Nahas performed surgery on my Mom and my husband. Excellent surgeon. Dr Nahas performed open heart on my husband without the heart lung machine about 13 yrs ago. He had great recovery and no problems. He definitely saved my husband's life. I highly recommend him!!! Awesome surgeon!!!

5 years agoDr Nahas and his staff are a wonderful team of professionals! My surgery was extensive but I am feeling well on the mend after just three weeks. The nurses and aides in ICU are incredible people who care only about us the patients.

5 years agoI recently had an abdominal aortic aneurysm repaired by Dr Nahas and his team. I am complete amateur but to me this seemed to be a very well trained, skilled and coordinated team they are professional and positive. My open surgery was handled as a group project where everyone knew everyone and all worked together. I am very pleased with my outcome and highly recommend Dr Nahas and all of his team. (You will be amazed by the ICU nurses they are great people.)

3 years agoI was referred to Dr. Nahas by my cardiologist, Dr. N. Goel. I had no idea that I had heart disease when I was told that I would need open heart surgery so I was still in a state of shock when I met this surgeon. Although Dr. Nahas told me that he had performed my planned procedure nearly 3,000 times, I was most impressed with his gentle bedside manner. He took time to explain my procedure and he communicated with my daughter about the preop plans. On the day of surgery (about 5 weeks ago) I met his team which was also exceptional. The nurses, the surgical assistant, the anesthesiologist all spoke so highly of Dr. Nahas and they explained to me that they chose to come to Memorial Hermann Southeast to operate with him. The compassion and expertise of Dr. Nahas made me more at peace about such a big surgery. I am doing well now that I am post op and I am thankful Dr. Nahas was my surgeon. I highly recommend him.

2 years agoFantastic staff at office and At hospital. Thank you to everyone who helped with saving my life. I usually only trust my cardiologist Dr. Ahmad Al-Taweel but his faith in Dr.Nahas and his amazing staff gave me the confidence to go through the surgery. So thankful for all of you
