2 years agoI found the Doctor and his staff to be highly professional and caring. This supply chain crisis regarding CPAP masks - after the recall of Philips masks sent everything into a tail spin - is not his fault and his staff has worked very hard on my behalf to try to get me a mask.

2 years agoI had lung cancer. Dr. Loutfi found it 10 months later. After surgery I had Catscans for almost a year. Every time he said he found water in the lung. He refused to remove it. I finally got intouch with my surgeon at Sloane Kettering. My Dr. said it has to come out. I found another Pulmonologist to take it out. I would not recommend this doctor!

7 years agoMade appointment in mid-January 2017. Now at the end of May 2017, I still have not received results of sleep study taken in March. Called office numerous times, they always have an excuse. Still waiting for response. Go somewhere else. Many other great doctors out there who actually care. Almost 6 months of dealing with this place, no CPAP machine yet.
