Extremely disrespectful when making appointments. I hope the young lady keeps that same energy when talking in person.

Dangerous Torturous and disrecpetful Service. 12/06/2022 Suffered discrimination for speaking only spanish, tortured during the US Renal Arterial With Doppler Bilateral Procedure, disrespecfultly treated against my musculoskeletal dissability and induce me into a shock nervous estate with high blood pressure readings and uncontrolable shaking condition. I had to leave the hospital in a dangerous mental and physical condition that I did not arrive with prior to the procedure. After completing the proper protocols to be eligible for services at this horrible place: (covid screening, flu screening, insurance, referral....etc) just to name a few; I was brought to the clinic where the procedure was going to take place. At the clinic already prepped up for the procedure the technician arrived with an unempathetic attitude to whatever it was commented related to my musculoskeletal condition (bilateral hip replacement, lumbar scoliosis and spanish speaking patient only) which both can be easily found in my digital chart. It was also very noticeable that the technician's health condition was not the expected one (as a respect to patients that have been screened before for Covid and any flu symptoms)....she was constantly coughing and battletling with heavy breathing by excess of flem. At least she was wearing a one layer surgical mask. We hope we don't catch anything after being in a closed environment with this so-called medical technician. STAY HOME if you have any flu symptoms just the way you ask patients to do it. By you being negligent to this common courtesy you are jeopardizing the health of older patients and you are getting away with this crime. During the procedure she was forcing me to hold my breath beyond 20 seconds and when it was not possible for me she was giving me attitude. Her attitude got so bad that my son (who serves me as a companion to help me control my multiple disabilities and also is perfectly bilingual (English and Spanish) expressed to her that her attitude was unacceptable. She expressed that her 20+ years as an imaging technician gave her the permission to get the job done even if she had to tortured the patient. She offered a change of technician and stormed out of the room like a spoiled brat. What a horrible experience my Mom had to go through leaving her in a shocked condition that could have led to a heart attack. After speaking to the manager of the office all that we got as unacceptable service given is that they could repeat the procedure; which in all my mother's rights and conditions had to be declined. The manager of the clinic said "she was going to talk to her"; we strongly believe she should be fired for being so neglectful with patients' conditions. Both of them should know better that what happened was very dangerous to my Mom's health and it should not be allowed to happen again with anyone else. I really hope justice can be served with my case; this type of service should be penalized by proper authorities to make sure it does not happen to anybody ever again. Make sure that you as a health care provider not only act with professionalism but live by respect each different health needs of patients that are reaching out to your health service.

This review is for the radiology department. They have pretty new equipment and employee inside are courteous and professional. Not all departments are this organized or courteous. So whenever over sees this department is to be awarded. My only complaint is not being able to get my test results in a timely manner. I am a part of Weil Cornell connect and have also filled out forms to get my test results. My doctor got them in one day. But he doesn't know how to use a computer so he cant get them to me yet. I need to get them to other doctors. Whats the use in filling out forms and signing up for their computer system if they cant get me the results anyway?
