2 months agoI was incorrectly referred to her for a preventative masectomy by my OBGYN due to being at high risk for breast cancer. I realized fairly quickly once she came into the exam room, after waiting for her for over an hour, that she was the wrong type of doctor. She specializes in hematology. But instead of saying something like โI think you need to be seen by one of the doctors in the Texas Oncology Breast Center divisionโ, she continues to literally interrogate me on why I am there because my referral was missing information. (My Obgyn called me this week to apologize for the poor referral.) Out of frustration and just wanting to leave the โinterrogation roomโ I started crying. She was pretty relentless. She then asked, in front of her nurse in a very cold tone, โyou seem upset, are you seeing a psychiatrist for this?โ Thatโs when I said weโre ending this appointment and walked out. Needless to say, this Dr needs to work on her problem solving skills if the wrong patient ends up in her exam room again and at the very least try harder not to gaslight patients.

6 months agoDr Dina T was nice and pleasant , so as her assistant. She makes me comfortable and discussed my concerns. It was a lovely first consultation with her.

2 years agoDr. Tebcherany has managed my blood disorder for 12 years. When I go in for regular blood work and check-ups, she takes the time to be thorough and listen to all my concerns, and has both practical and medical advice on how to cope with symptoms. I have all the confidence in the world that she is the best doctor I could possibly have had taking care of me for all these years. And I've found the support staff, both medical and administrative (esp. schedulers!) to be outstanding as well. Super nice, caring and professional.

2 years agoDr.Tebcherany is my Oncologist. I have trusted her with my health many year's. And will keep trusting her cause she's very through and cares. Gives her patients the time of day and spends the time a dr should. She always talks to me about all my labs. I have nothing bad to say cause she's fantastic! Thank you Dr. Teb.
