6 months agoDr. Fanous is a G. Honest, respectful and keeps it real. When our insurance coverage changed and placed Dr. Fanous and his facilities out of our network, we changed our insurance so he could help us give birth to our second child. 10/10 would use him for our third, fourth, and (wife-willing) our fifth!

6 months agoI have been going to Dr. F since 2016. He is very personable. He takes the time to ask any and all necessary questions to diagnose correctly. He is a very sincere man. I would not want another ob/gyn. So every year for insurance, I make sure Dr. F is on their plan, or I move on till I find one he does take. The office staff are very personable as well. I have never seen or spoke with a mean-spirited person in either office.

11 months agoLOVE him, he is always on top of everything. My mom has been going with him over 12 years and had two kids delivered by him. I been going for around 7+ years and been going with him ever since! He delivered one of my babies and hands down BEST doctor. Many of my friends also go with him, and love him ๐ฅฐ

11 months agoHighly recommend Macarthur OBGYN! Elia Fanous is very good doctor . I checked my pregnancy at MacArthur.He is awesome and really takes the time to talk to his patients. he was very attentive and so caring! I have now my first baby girl .he and his staff have been so awesome! He answered all my questions . There are two facilities one in Las Colinas and one in Irving. Macarthur OBGYN staff is always great and offices are always very clean!

9 months agoTaking into account the number of patients that the Doctor must see daily, I can say that he takes his time to make you feel comfortable, to answer your questions and explain the procedures or inconveniences that you encounter along the way without wanting to rush you out of the office, his staff It is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. You can create an account on his patient portal where you can see the record of every visit and your labs results, besides you can communicate with the Doctor if you need something. It is very convenient that in his location in Las Colinas everything is in one place: sonogram, blood tests and the medical consultation, I really liked this. I recommend Dr. Fanous, kind and very professional
