a week agoOffice is clean. Staff is really nice and managed very well but my only issue was, after four calls to my imaging to have my scan sent over to Dr. Solimanin time for my visit, I was told each time, I wanted to confirm the scan was there, it wasn't and was told the person in charge of the faxes were backed. All with four week period. So I went to my appointment and sure enough it was there.

a week agoThis is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL doctor I have ever been seen by. He was 40 minutes late to an appointment and his front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was seen by him Saturday and was completely ghosted after that. He said he sent me medication to my pharmacy and the pharmacist said nothing was ever sent. He told me heโs ordering an MRI for me. I was in contact with the new Rochelle radiologist and they said he never sent my clinicals over them and that theyโve been trying to reach him all week and he has been unresponsive. I then proceeded to contact him through patient portal and his response to me was โAs a neurologist I have nothing to do with your neck issue, you need to address this with your primary care doctor The notes were faxed to the MRI machine I dont know why are so upset at me, we accommodated and you on Saturday which is unheard of, I will be happy to send you a copy of your chart and go find someone else, good luckโ. This DOCTOR IS unfit and unwell. . MY MISTAKE WAS NOT DOING RESEARCH ON HIM BECAUSE SEVERAL OTHER PATIWNTS HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME EXACT ISSUES WITH HIM. Lying about sending things over and also ghosting

a month agoi had an appointment scheduled with Dr Solomon at 11:15. The office was running almost 2 hours late and I didn't even get to see him. I was made to see a very nice (nurse? Dr? medical practitioner?) who knew nothing about my case and apparently couldn't even send in a refill for my medication because it's been over a week and it still hasn't gotten to my pharmacy despite the fact that I have been sending messages through the office portal for a week. He asked me 4 months ago to get my blood checked to see if my testosterone is low which it is and again ive messaged again and again about this and again not one person has helped me or even given the courtesy of a response. so I called today the receptionist kept demanding that I re explain all of this multiple times even though my messages are in the portal explaining ALL OF THIS and when I got upset she hung up on me. This is some of the worst treatment I've gotten from a clinic in years. I don't know what is going on and I feel like I have been badly abandoned.

2 weeks agoI arrived for my prearranged appointment and was promptly taken in for my Balance test. Both the receptionist and the technician were professional and courteous.
