3 months agoThis particular Kelsey is currently being remodeled. I admit, it looks really good; even the restroom. However, I think the paper towel dispenser over the trash can is a design flaw. I don't think it's too sanitary to grab a fresh paper towel after it's been sitting on top of heaps of used paper towels. As I used my paper towel to open the door and then throw it in the trash, all I could do was shake my head

4 weeks agoThis was the best experience at Kelsey. My previous doctor rushed my appointments, I never felt heard nor did I believe he took my concerns seriously. Dr. Garcia was different and was extremely patient with me. I think I finally feel comfortable addressing my health concerns under Dr. Garcia. I sincerely thank him

3 weeks agoI'm rarely impressed with the medical systems & with insurance companies but very impressed & thankful for this Kelsey location. My Doc Maccado is awesome very attentive & caring. The nurses my nurses I call them Ginger, Sara & Sonia have always gone above & beyond the scope of just RN's & a CMA. Special thanks to the pediatric department for assisting me during an episode I had upon arrival for my appointment. I thanks you all. The young receptionist in pediatric was awesome to recognize there was a problem with my breathing & asked if I was alright. The team in pediatric took over in a way I could hardly believe. Nurse Andrea was very comforting & helping me calm my spirit & get me to the correct floor. I could go on but I won't but please know I believe I'm blessed to be a part of this location & grateful to have all the people listed as a part of my care team. If I left anyone out thank you all for working as a team you're appreciate.
