I am profoundly disappointed once more with the service provided by this office. My mother has been diligently seeking an authorization code, a process that typically takes a mere couple of hours, yet has now stretched to a frustrating 10 days. Despite repeated attempts by our pharmacist to reach out, the staff appears to be unhelpful and discourteous. They were rude and disrespectful to the pharmacist as well. The receptionist, in particular, exhibited a lack of knowledge and treated us with disrespect. This lack of professionalism and customer care is disheartening, especially considering our longstanding relationship with the office. The decline in their services is evident and deeply concerning.
must express my disappointment with the results and the overall representation of Dr. Farah Mehdi . I value honesty and transparency in the services and representation I receive. I must say that I'm disappointed with the way Dr. Farah Mehdi handles her patients and their situation. Sheโs always showed a level of unprofessionalism but I have never seen disgusting tasteless arrogance in my 30 years of dealing with doctors.
I wish I could leave negative stars.
1. Incompetence & Lack of professionalism: arrogantly, not listening to what the patient needs, and then ignorantly answering incorrectly. a dismissive attitude, displays unprofessional behavior.
2. Neglecting patient needs: me and as well as my mother and the pharmacist were reaching out for daysss to get the correct information switched.
3. Poor communication skills: She does not listen attentively to patients to be able to answer questions effectively.
4. Lack of empathy: A bad doctor doesnโt show compassion or understanding towards their patients concerns.
It's important to remember that not all doctors exhibit these negative traits, and many healthcare providers are dedicated professionals who prioritize the well-being of their patients.
She has been my doctor for a long time. I love going to her so much that I still see her even after moving far away. She addresses all my questions and concerns. She has a great staff as well!
I am blessed that I am Dr.Farah Mehdi's patient. She is so humble, down to earth and caring person. She is so expert in her field. I am very much satisfied with her. Staff also very nice and respectful.
I recommend other persons also to select her as their PCP.
