7 months agoMy experience at Dr. Ackallโs office was excellent; beginning with the young ladies at the front desk. They were very friendly but at the same time very professional. The intake gentleman was nice and professional too. Iโm very glad I was referred Dr. Ackall. He is very nice and took his time explaining the surgical procedure in laymen terms Overall Iโm very satisfied.

6 months agoDr. Ackall was extremely patient with my girls (6and 1yr old) his care for them was extraordinary! I am pleased to have found someone that cares! Also Mandy was very helpful and very knowledgeable when helping me schedule my appointment and giving me the details about surgery! His office staff was all very friendly and nice! Sharon was very nice as well! If youre looking for an ENT definitely recommend Dr. Ackall

6 months agoI am very impressed with Dr Ackall. I was a new patient with Vertigo . It was so nice to have a doctor explain my ear issue to me so I understand Vertigo now. If I ever have an ear issue again , I will definitely choose Dr Ackall. The audiologist and nurse were awesome too!

6 months agoDr. Ackall worked with my ENT to find the source of a chronic sinus infection and because he is the only fellowship-trained Rhinologist in Austin and is specially trained to do the kind of surgery I needed, he successfully removed the source of my infections. In addition to being a skilled surgeon, he is kind, compassionate and caring. His bedside manner is flawless.
