4 months agoA hell of a place for "mental health care". The front office staff are a bunch of sour females, don't know what they are doing and treat people as lesser. This is my second time and last time with them. I tried to make a payment, but I rather to keep my money to pay for a real mental health care facility. Zero respect for them. Gary and Rene should find a better place to work.

8 months agoZero stars, this practice is extremely unprofessional, Does not return calls, after leaving several messages for over 11 days while family member is currently in the hospital in critical condition. We never heard from nor been in contact with Dr. Botros despite numerous attempts for a consult. NP L. -Ingram, from Botros team, finally came into the hospital to see us after insisting that we get a consult as the POA of the patient. We had the medical staff page and text her several times per day. After waiting all day, NP L. Ingram showed up a nasty, unprofessional attitude, was very rude, disrespectful, actually walked out of the room when question about her methods of evaluation and treatment plans.

3 years agoHorrible customer service. Don't get your prescription sent in? Call in to have them tell you that it's been sent, only to call your pharmacy and have them say it's not, then call back and have them snap at you and hang up on you when you say this is unacceptable from a doctors office. Know you met your max out of pocket and aren't supposed to have a co-pay? Well, you're gonna pay it today or you're not going to get seen, then you are going to have to call their billing department and wait 2 weeks for a check to come in, even if you call your insurance in front of them to verify. Went to 2 locations for this practice, both have absolutely awful receptionists/phone reps.

6 years agoI only go here because it's close by and cheap. Nothing special or noteworthy praise. It is what you expect from professional Doctor's official neighboring a gas station. The staff are stellar as far as my personal experiences. Through I can't help but feel bad for them with every visit. The a/c there isn't amazing. So it get feel humid and warm on hot days, especially if you're there with bunch of others in the waiting room. Thinking about makes my back sweat.

6 years agoThe front office staff are beyond rude, unrestpectful. This to be the last place some one should have the option of attending that is even if. While attending the staff had the nerve enough to yell at the provider in front of me, that should be unacceptable. Imagine if they yell at thier own providers how they treat the patients.
