From a professional standpoint, I have worked closely with Dr. Alkhatib and staff. I can tell you first hand, the compassion he has for his patients and families and being involved in their care. 2 weeks agoVery nice and professional doctor and nurses! Almost 7 years ago I had my first appointment and I am still going to this office, knowing I will be in good hands and will have good treatment and recommendations. Highly recommend this doctor!

3 weeks agoSpeaking with the scheduling staff is like trying to get directions in a middle eastern country. Because the linguistic comprehension rate is substandard they make billing mistakes and expect one to pay hundreds of dollars for their mistakes. The process then is to pay another copay to receive information to resolve issues theyโve created. Meanwhile, withholding prescription refills for medications, if suddenly withdrawn from will cause a physiological breakdown and eventual hospitalization. They canโt keep staff or midlevel practitioners, and despite their insistence the onus is on the individual patient to figure out why money would be owed , they insist you pay a copay to get it. To add insult to injury they verbalize billing me $40 for a no-show fee despite being in the office to pay for the information I need to research their billing issue. STAY AWAY!! Your health and wellbeing depends on it
