11 months agoDr. Hazem Samir is incredible! He is kind and compassionate, with excellent communication skills. I love that he is so knowledgeable and makes sure you understand every step of the diagnosis and treatment. I always feel my concerns are heard. You're not just a number to him! You can tell he truly cares about his patients! I highly recommend him to everyone.

7 months agothis is probably the most unprofessional place i have ever encountered in my life. Dr. Samir is a wonderful doctor, who deserves praise. however his office staff is his achilles heel & if anything ruins his business it will be them. where is the compassion & empathy when working with the sick, elderly, vulnerable, and scared ? his staff needs to take a crash course on bedside manners & empathy. their attitude stinks & i surely wish they would think of THEIR loved ones being on the receiving end of the same type of attitude and coldness. extremely long wait times, frigid cold waiting room during the winter, they never answer the phone & the lack of follow up is astounding. scheduling an appt is a moot point, as my mom has an appt at 10 and didnโt even get into the back until after 12 PM. unfortunately, they (his staff) are tarnishing the Providers reputation.

a year agoQuestion ? Is a medical practice allowed to bill your insurance without u being treated? Very unprofessional and fromt desk is has terrible etiquette. The staff chooses if or if not you can be seen by the doctors. To sum this all up... if your not arabic or of yemen decent they wont see you! This place will be under review very soon i promise!

12 months agoIt is so hard to get ahold of this practice. Straight to voicemail each time you call and they wont return your phone call after you leave a voicemail. They claim the front desk is available Monday-Saturday but clearly that's not true.
