7 months agoMy mom has been a patient of his for years and I have recently had to start accompanying her. His bedside manner coupled with is dedication to his patients is amazing. He actually calls you back when you have questions. He will coordinate with anyone to get a proper diagnosis, and picks up others slack. I can't say enough about what he has done for my 93 yr old mom.

2 years agoThe front desk staff is often very rude and speaks in the tone of an annoyed teenager. Today I was told that our co-pay was raised in March. I asked, "did you send out a notice of the raised fees?" I was told "no that's your responsibility and your insurance raised the rates, not us." I said,"well other doctors that we see usually send a note saying that the fees have increased." The response was "well, a yeah, we don't!" Then I was told the whole total for our allergy shots. I said, "usually it is charged as 3 separate charges." I received this rude response to my statement, "yeah, I have been doing this for 12 years you don't have to tell me how to do my job. I know what I am doing." Instead of saying, "yes ma'am it will be 3 separate charges to keep the accounts straight." I asked to speak to the office manager about her rudeness. Before the manager arrived the front desk lady told me that I am always rude and have been since my family became patients. I always ask straight forward questions, because I want to know what I am paying for and how much I am paying. When the manager arrived she said "I don't think the front desk lady is rude!!" Truly I am just shocked. I don't let my children speak to anyone this way. It's unbelievable that this tone of voice and choice of words are allowed at a doctor's office. Then as my family left the front desk lady, the shot lady, and the manager continued to talk about us. We were on the other side of the window and could hear their conversation. Very unprofessional conduct.

6 years agoDr. Obid is a great Dr. I feel he took his time listening to me and explaining everything needed during my visit. When I saw him today he was very quick at treating me and even answered all my secondary questions I had about something else not related to the Dr. visit. He was very encouraging and made me feel well taken care of in his office. I also liked that he wrote the RX in the room and sent it off himself to make sure it was right. It also saved me time getting everything filled at the pharmacy . All of the other staff from front desk to the nurses were awesome too.
