3 months agoThe doctor here does the absolute bare minimum. I had to Wait, just about six months to a year for documents that should have been typed up regarding my child. He expects other people to do his job for him, comes in late and has an attitude when you ask him to do what is expected. He stated that my daughter has autism symptoms, but when I told her therapist what he said, they were confused that he didnโt give me any explanation. I was told from the autism evaluation center that I would need his note specifying why he felt that . Guess what, I never received them. It took him a month of me bugging him for him to scribble on a pad to have an evaluation doneโฆ No notes, no details for her Occupational therapist, speech therapist or physical therapist. And to top it all off, I never received any of those referrals from him. I had to go to a neurologist because he said they deal with autism. And they said they have never heard of anything like that. It was a lot of back-and-forth for something he could have simply done himself. I walked out of the Neurology department in Royal Oak with all five referrals that same day meanwhile Iโve been asking him to do this for about 2 years. I have never experienced Anything like this from any doctors. Doesnโt explain any of his notes, and just expects for you to hopefully forget. Do yourself a favor and stay far from this place. The receptionist that he had working, there even warned me in the beginning about how he handles his business but I didnโt listen. Update 7/10/24 : I had to call in to ask about a plan of care for my daughter that has been faxed over four different times from her therapist. So instead of putting his signature on a document for my daughterโs therapy to continue, something so simple. Instead he says no he doesnโt want to do it and refuses to sign anything knowing heโs been her only doctor since birth and no one else legally can. He is very unprofessional , Argumentative and arrogant. He should not be in business at all!!!

4 months agoI have been taking my newborn here and she is 3 months old now. I always took my 9 year old to another pediatrician because she was closer and a family friend. I moved closer to Taylor pediatrics and dr diarbakrli made my previous pediatrician look careless. Dr D really cares, is highly educated, and is very clean. You will not see a PA. He does all of the work. He gives newborns the first appointment to reduce the risk of illness. The waiting is not over packed and he is always on time. I have taken my newborn to about 4 visits and she has never been sick. My 9 year old was always sick after the visits to the previous pediatrician. I wish I knew about Dr D sooner.

2 months agoI'm giving it a 5 star because even though the current reception was rude and unprofessional. Dr. D. will call you to resolve any issue that occurs. Itโs better to request to talk to him if the receptionist is not able to use her discretion or if she's being rude. I have seen him for over 5 years and have had an absolutely great experience so far.

a year agoDr. D is always so accommodating with same day appointments with my little guy. He is very thorough with all he does and getting to the bottom of things when my baby is sick. He is open to questions and explains things carefully. His new staff are so nice. They show care in their work and are so friendly!

a year agoThe staff is always kind when my daughter and I come in. Aside from that the office is always very clean. The other wonderful thing is that when my daughter is sick and I call in they always try their best to schedule her in to be seen that same day. Dr.DiarBakrli is a great doctor who answers the questions to any concerns you may have and takes his time with checking the kiddo. Glad to bring my baby here.
