a year agoKendra and Leona are Amazing! I was shown compassion and concern. Kendra truly impressed me, she took the time to listen, answered all of my questions and addressed my problems. I am beyond happy with my treatment and with this office.

11 months agoDuring phone call for appointment i asked if i needed a referral for the specific problem and my insurance. The lady making the appointment said no I'm good. I have to wait 5 weeks for the appointment and they call me the day of saying i need a referral and canceled my appointment that i had waited 5 weeks for!

a year agoDr. Zayneh always dismissed my concerns and skin problems. I first started seeing Dr. Zayneh for my moles and acne. He never looked at my moles on my back, instead he just felt them under my shirt and said โtheyโre goodโ. For my ance he prescribed me tropical cream that was excruciating. My skin would dry out and peel off my face leaving my face bright red and raw (looked worse than the acne). I had to quit using it due to the amount of pain it caused. On my last visit, I let Dr. Zayneh know about the issues I was having with the tropical cream and basically said my face was fine and I wouldnโt need to schedule anymore appointments, since he considered my ance โclearedโ. I decided to look for another option, even if that meant driving further. I found a dermatologist in Cincinnati that made me realize the treatment I had received here was subpar. They looked at my moles and even removed them and they prescribed me something that actually cleared my ance (Mona Dermatology is where I went, incase someone else experienced what I did and is looking elsewhere).

10 years agoMy experience with Dr. Zayneh has never been positive. However, I knew my diagnosis and I knew the medication I needed so I put up with his horrible bedside manner. I recently received a letter accusing me of not keeping up with my routine follow-up appointments, which is false. Dr. Zayneh NEVER told me or his office staff that I needed to be seen twice a year. I saw him once a year, like I was told. Even his office staff agreed with me that I was right and he never told me when I needed to be seen. I am appalled with the negligence of this dr. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

a year agoWaited three months for an appointment then a couple days before my appointment said I had to leave work and come in a couple days early or they would reset my appointment 2 more months. I said I would go elsewhere to the reply of you can't get in anywhere else.
