a year agoNot pleased, no bed side manner, very rude and interrupting! My daughter is clearly sick and she acted as if we were wasting her time because she doesnโt see acute care patients. When I was literally told by ER and childโs pediatrician to see her ENT. Feel like Iโve been given the run around, highly discouraged and disappointed with Henry Fords care and attention and will be thinking about pulling myself from using the facilities. You take an oathโฆ but itโs just business at the end of the day rightโฆ ridiculous!
