Dr. Wahba graduated from the Suny Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 1999. She works in Lutz, FL and 6 other locations and specializes in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Please get a different receptionist. The lady that answered the phone was not only rude but not listening at all. I had to repeat a few questions over and over about my issues. Decided to get a referral to a different gynecologist. No thank you! Also, didn't have an open appointment for months. If you're not a people person, don't get a job answering phones.
Dr. Wahba has been my doctor since 2004. I had a stillbirth in 2004 and Dr. Wahba was the only doctor willing to help me and take me in as a new patient (I went through 3 others doctor offices before finding her) have since had 4 babies, including a set of twins. She is very caring, always asks about my family and ends our visit with a hug!
I live one hour away from her office and I am willing to make the drive to see her. Once you find a good OBGYN, you stick with them!
Dr. Wahba is one of my favorite doctors! Always, always asks after my kids, husband and our plans to grow our family. She may have notes some where - but if she does I can't tell - it seems like she just remembers. She makes me feel like she really cares about how my life is going. She is professional knowledgeable and I feel like she really and truly listens to my concerns. I feel well looked after with her as my OBgyn. I have only had 1 OBgyn in South Florida and he was great and delivered my first two little humans - when we had to leave SoFL and was worried I would never find a doctor I could trust as much again - so happy to say: I have found that doctor! The staff at WG too, have all been pleasant, diligent, and courteous. Although - I have had to wait a little here and there ---its never really been too long - nothing out of the ordinary. I actively recommend Dr. Wahba to all of my friends. Everyone in that office has been great - I had to see Dr. Twitty on one occasion for an emergent concern - and she was also great. Really, this organization is all about women - I could go on and on --- but I really would (and do) recommend them to anyone.
I have always had to wait at least an hour when I have an appointment with Dr. Wahba. I like her very much as a person, but her breast exams are much too aggressive. I am in my 40s and have seen many gyns. This is the only breast exam I have ever had that was painful. I actually started lactating and my youngest child is 9!
