2 months agoI saw Dr Jack today for an annual physical and an infection in my throat. He was nice , funny and seemed very smart when we spoke more about male hormone panels and got into trt discussion which I was very uneducated about. I will be coming back more often, just hopefully my visits donโt get rescheduled like the past. Thank you -Thomas J Regan.

7 years agoIf you are looking for a family doctor, search no more, Dr. Jack is the best. Great bed side manners, shows a great deal of interest about his patients and communicate well with them. The greatest thing about him, his staffs are nice and know how to make patients feel at ease. They will accept walk through without giving you attitudes.

3 years agoDr. Jack is caring professional who always looks out for your well being. He will call you at 9pm to give you additional information to help. He will recommend you to the proper specialist. He is a humble honest man and has a caring people that work for him. If I could give him more stars I would.

a year agoThis doctor is denying sending me my Albuterol rescue inhaler prescription literally a couple days before the refill is due , I had to use it extra this month since my asthma been acting up in the cold weather. Usually doctors just send 2 a month so I can always have reserve but this one refuses to. I can die without this medication. I will be finding a new pcp that doesnโt deny life saving medication. I would understand if it was pain killers or something that can be addictive. But an asthma pump denial is dangerous for everyone.
