I'm giving them one star because zero stars is not an option. The front desk NEVER answers the phone. No exaggeration. I've had to drive to the office 3x in the past 24 hours to be able to speak to someone on behalf of my Dad. He has not been able to check his blood sugar in 8 days because this office is incompetent to sign simple paperwork that has been faxed to them multiple times from the pharmacy. My dads pharmacy and his health insurance can not get anyone to pick up the phone or return calls. I had to bring a copy of the form that is needed for the pharmacy in person when they opened at 8am. I waited 40 minutes for them to sign it. Now I am taking it back to pharmacy myself. The lady at the front desk wouldn't even look me in my eyes and was clearly annoyed when she saw me AGAIN this morning. She told me yesterday that the nurse will NOT leave the building when they close until this paper is signed so that we can get his test strips asap. WRONG!! Imagine a diabetic not being able to test his sugar to know how much insulin to take??!!!! His doctor has to be completely unaware of how unprofessional the nurse and front desk handle things. If he is aware, then they need shut down for neglecting a patient and not giving proper care.
I used to love this office but anymore I can never get through to the office. I spend more time talking to an answering machine. Most of the time I don't even get a call back. I have been trying to be patient with them, but I am tired of having to cave and go to urgent care when I need to see a doctor because I can't get into see my regular doctor. It is so sad.
My boyfriend has been trying to get ahold of the office for over a week to get another refill for his medicine but they won't respond even to the the email rite sent them
