2 months agoDoctors are awesome but support teams are terrible (billing, etc.). I'm writing this review in the hope that they will do something to improve the service. We've been with them for 2 years for their pediatrics services, and will stay because we love the doctors, but it is a struggle to get the right bills to the insurance and to us. There is always something wrong with either the insurance or the My Chart Account, and it takes tens of phone calls to fix those problems.
