3 months agoWill someone please tell me HOW IN THE WORLD you make an appointment with this doctor? Three weeks of nonstop calls, never once did a member of Dr. Issaโs staff answer the phone. Their answering service picks up all calls and refuse to give messages to his staff. You CANNOT schedule thru central Cleveland Clinic scheduling. The worst staffing I have ever encountered. Itโs too bad because he is a good compassionate doctor.

2 years agoBecause Dr. Dousa could nit easily diagnose me, he treated me like I was sub human. I have been fighting bronchitis for a month with lowered O2 saturation. Because I did not have pneumonia or blood clots, he flat out told me there was nothing wrong with me. Upon discharge, I tried to say I was feeling worse than when I came in, his answer was "I can give you a few days of steroids if you feel that will help." Hello I wanted to feel better not get shoved off with a promise of nonessential meds. I do not recommend this Dr to anyone that needs anything more than a band aid.

5 years agoI was a patient of Dr. Moufawad for a short time. I never felt like Dr. Moufawad really listened to what I was saying till I saw Dr. Issa. The first visit was amazing. He was specific and made sure to let me know his intentions and the reasons for them. Also gave me medicine to help until I could have further tests done to see what my problem was. I highly recommend any wait time you might encounter to see him. Dr. Issa also took his time. He didnt rush anything to stay on schedule, which made me feel very comfortable considering I was there for my stomach issues which was awkward alone. And from what I could tell, he spent the same amount of time with mostly all of his patients. Very glad I was given his name. He is a blessing to Medicine!
