I had an excellent experience at the Dental Department at Kings County Hospital! The staff was welcoming, and Mr. Jonathan and Stephanie provided exceptional care. He patiently explained everything, which eased my anxiety. The facilities were clean, and the entire team was professional. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking dental services!

In my opinion, NYC Health+Hospitals/Kings County is one of the best hospital centers in New York City. It provides excellent care to their patients despite their race, color, ethnicity, sexual orientations and religions. Ever since I have chosen Kings County as my primary care provider, my health has drastically been improved. I have no complaints at this time. Thanks

My dad has been going to this hospital for over twenty years. They have his entire medical history. We recently had to take him to the ER due to a mass which was detected at another hospital and it was recommended to follow up at Kings County due to his treatment always being here. This hospital has gone downhill. We tried to set up an appointment with his primary and there was nothing available until October. We mentioned this was an urgent matter and were told to go to the ER. We got to the ER at 8am Tuesday and while the triage process moved relatively quickly we had to wait over 11 hours for him to get a CT scan. We were finally discharged at 12:21 Wednesday. Thatโ€™s close to 24 hours in the ER. To top things off we were advised to schedule appointments with specialists regarding what they characterized as an urgent medical issue and have yet to hear back from these departments to schedule my dadโ€™s follow ups almost a week later. Weโ€™ve either been told the doctor had to review the referrals in order to get an appointment or we just didnโ€™t hear back at all. We ultimately had to take my dad to another hospital in order to receive the care he needed with specialists. I understand this hospital services a very large area, but leaving people to fend for themselves and their loved ones just to get an urgent appointment scheduled is downright cruel. If you are in urgent need of medical treatment specifically with specialists I would steer clear of this hospital.

I love Kings County Hospital. Itโ€™s clean, the doctors actually care and know what theyโ€™re doing and the staff is so polite and great at what they do. I always find people there who are always going the extra mile. Really wonderful place. They have saved my life multiple times, kept me mentally healthy and physically recovered me from a hip replacement. They currently manage my health monthly. l love my doctors, therapist, and nurses who all come together to present my care. Exceptional service!

The Kings County Hospital Center has become a part of our life since March 5, 2023, Sunday when my 81-year old mother in-law became a patient here following her fall at home early that morning. The hospital is very much neat and clean. And the doctors, nurses, support stuffs and the people in the front desk on the lobby who handle scores of visitors every day are amazing. It's said life is beautiful. And I believe it's because of some people who should be mostly credited to make life beautiful. For last 9/10 days the way Naomi Reid, James Nicholas, Dave Surpes, Emanuel Dominique and others have been tolerating visitors like us is simply wonderful. I would also mention hospital cop Ernst Cesar and his fellow men for their kind approach to visitors. They all deserve a big bouquet ๐Ÿ’ of our love and appreciation.
