a month agoSteer clear! This lady has been rude and unprofessional with me during every appointment. Office staff is also very rude and unorganized. I personally feel sheโs been practicing too long and has lost her bedside manner and caring affinity for her patients. Itโs a money grab at this point.

6 years agoDr. Modwell is a very competent and caring physician, with a great bedside manner. She has been conducting my annual physicals and tests for several years now, always with a high degree of insight and professionalism. Her office staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to any prospective patients or families looking for high quality healthcare.

6 years agoShe found a thyroid cancer that another doctor missed after months of trying to diagnose. I would follow her through almost any move she could make within the state. She's brilliant and thorough. I made my husband start seeing her, too. When you find someone this good, you want everyone you love to get their medical care from her!

7 years agoDr. Modwel, was able to see me within 24 hours of calling as a new patient. I'm suffering from some sort of weird knee infection. After scheduling with the Office, she called me personally the next morning hours before my appointment to introduce herself and to find out a bit more what's going on. The office is impeccably clean, carries all the in house testing devices needed for a thorough checkup and was incredibly efficient in getting my vitals, history, information, etc. She helped me find a Orthopedist (she called 8 of them) and secured me an appointment for the following morning. For the past 12 years I've been using Urgent Care for any health related issues and now I realize how wrong I was dealing with nameless Drs/RN/PAs who are farmed out by their corporate owners. I highly recommend Dr. Modwel and while relieved to know what it means to be "under the care of" I can't help but feeling like an idiot for not finding an awesome PCP such Dr. Modwel.
