She explained all the ins and outs of my hypertension, helping me better understand my choices, why past medications I've taken have (or haven't) been effective, and empowering me as a patient to make informed decisions. I deeply appreciated all the time she took with me and her kindness. Having lost my father at a young age to heart disease, I've had white coat hypertension and anxiety over managing my blood pressure my entire adult life, but she made me feel completely at ease and reassured, which is priceless. I'm really grateful to have her on my team, helping me make sure I'm staying healthy and well.

Then she gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on from her point of view and what the best next steps were. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a Dr.
