3 months agoLove Dr. Amine. He really works with you to find viable solutions to issues instead of just throwing medication at the problems. He also has a great staff that are very sensitive to patient needs.

a year agoDr. Amine is an outstanding Cardiologist. He listens to his patients and treats them with respect. I have moved recently and am traveling 40 minutes to see him, but he is absolutely worth it. The staff is also excellent and very responsive to questions between visits. I have never had to wait very long in the office, but if I did I would know he was saving a life.

11 months agoMy wife was admitted to the hospital with angina and a serious arrhythmia. Following two days in the hospital, my wife was seen by a NP, and a hospitalist. A person who announced herself as a physician working with Dr. Amine came in for an extremely short period leaving my wife with little to no sense of what was going on. We still donโt know what her name was. There was absolutely nothing reassuring coming from these people. There was nothing by way of diagnostic information forthcoming. Her care has fallen quite short of what is expected in this kind of medical scenario. I am very disappointed with the care my wife received from her cardiac care provider. In the presence of a highly concerning condition one would think that understanding what is going on would be important. These people did not address nor display any concern whatsoever.

5 years agoMy father had an appointment set for 2 weeks with Dr. Amine who was recommended to him by his PCD. We arrived at the scheduled appointment time and had to wait an hour and a half to be seen only to be told by the nurse practitioner named Victoria that Dr. Amine had an emergency to tend to. Victoria was helpful and answered most of our questions but was unsure on how to answer some of the of questions posed. Alexis, the tending nurse was very friendly and helpful. It was just disappointing to not be able to see the doctor and had we known he was unavailable we would have rescheduled as my father wanted his insight and expertise to figure out why his blood pressure was so low. Victoria suggested he stop taking his blood pressure medication but it seemed like an educated case and not a decision based on data or facts. Itโs time consuming to go to the doctor and take an afternoon off and our time is as valuable as the staff and the doctors. It would have been nice to be told ahead of time he wasnโt going to be available so we could have rescheduled albeit the day would have been wasted but we would have had an opportunity to consult w Dr. Amine another day at our convenience. Amendment to review in response to Dr. Amine: Thanks for responding Dr. Amine. Of course an 88 year old patient or any patient needing your care and intervention that could be life threatening is more important than handling your daily patient load. My father had wanted to consult with you during the appointment. Thatโs it. And you got called away for an emergency.

6 years agoWorst experience I ever had. I felt like his paycheck instead of his patient. He made me go to so many appointments and only did a small test at a time to deal with the insurance. One morning, his staff called and ordered me to come in the afternoon for an important test. Like it was super important, life and death matter. Well, he made me wait an hour in the waiting room 2 hours in the exam room. Apparently, he went somewhere else during lunch hours and all the staffs and patients were waiting for him. Other patients kept walking in and out to check why they had to wait so long. And of course, it was just exam and rescheduled for another appointment. I would never go there again. The staffs are ok, some are nice and some are rude. Imagine working under him, I would understand if they are rude.
