I will say, the staff was very friendly and professional. Though, I was charged just short of $3,000 to be told "we don't really know what it could be, come back if it gets worse". That seems rather excessive. You do have to do a good amount of waiting, about 4/5 of my visit was waiting time which is understandable, hospitals do tend to be busy. Parking was free.

If I would be able to give no stars I would. My boyfriend is a transplant patient and have been here for three days with no answers. Was held in the ER room for over 48 hours and nurse practitioner or physician assistants is the only ones seeing patients. Was told that the delay in ER was private room availability as he has to be alone due to being immunocompromised. Was transported to the 10th floor to a room that wasnโ€™t ready and was left in the hallway for more than 45 minutes to then placed in a room that was pending maintenance to then moved to a shared room. Everything is an excuse or someone elseโ€™s issue. Everyone passes the task and no one takes responsibility for their job. Nurses complaining that they want to switch from Mondays to Sundays because thereโ€™s less work, patients in hallways screaming, etc. I have requested three times to speak to a doctor and the nurse just says, โ€œoh they donโ€™t comeโ€. Requested Risk Management and they didnโ€™t even bother coming to see us. Said that they will contact the nurse. My boyfriendโ€™s face abscess continues to grow on the face and chin (possibly MRSA) and no one answers our questions.

Avoid avoid avoid. Go to any other health system that you can. I made a gynecology appointment a month out (the earliest they had available), I get to the appointment, they say โ€œsorry, we werenโ€™t able to verify your insurance prior to your appointment, you will need to reschedule.โ€ The next available appointment? A month away! Ludicrous. I had taken off work for this and already called my insurance multiple times to confirm that I could be seen by this doctor. Jackson didnโ€™t do its part to verify my insurance before my appointment. Not worth the headache working with this health system. Pay more to go somewhere else, itโ€™s worth it. They also have no way to make an appointment online, I probably spend a combined 3 hours on the phone trying to make my initial appointment.

My first time hospitalized at Jackson memorial Womenโ€™s health. I was so amazed to see how the team of physicians and nurses coordinated together on my case. They were determined to get me better. Very professional, courteous. My discharge day was a breeze. Ms Jeniffer, RN was patient, she explained everything and got all my questions answered. Pharmacy delivered my medicine to my room before I left. The following day, my follow up physician offices were calling me for follow up appointments. Wow shout out to my specialist and the whole team. Thank you ๐Ÿฅฐ

Carlos Migoya Today I drove down from lake Worth to get my first COVID vaccine and would like to share my experience... The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and made my time there very comfortable.. There organization was off the charts , I was very impressed and highly recommend everyone to make the trip . If the rest of the hospital runs this way itโ€™s a 5 star winner ... thanks you J Stein Iโ€™m adding this because I forgot to talk about a nurse I asked for help finding the rehabilitation building . I was lost she was going for coffee stopped and walked me what felt like 2 /3 blocks and pointed out the building . She was an angel ... amazing
