This was my first appointment and I was a little nervous, but Dr. Phillips and the staff were so incredibly supportive and professional, they made me feel extremely comfortable and Iโ€™m excited to start this health journey with them. Dr. Phillips took the time to listen and made sure we addressed all my concerns. Everyone I came into contact with was so nice and had a smile on their face.

I love coming here. Jessie is my PCP and is one of the best providers Iโ€™ve ever worked with. Just a little over 2 years and many more years. She goes the extra mile with her patients. She cares and thatโ€™s rare. I also love the fact that she works closely with my mental health provider so I get the help I need. Everyone else in the office is great and professional. The only issue I have is being charged for Prior Authorizations especially for medications that are needed. Iโ€™m waiting for SSDI so I have no income. I understand why they charge but they should have a program to help people with low to no income. Beyond that I have no other complaints. I recommend this office.

Dr. Aneilka Rodriguez is an amazing doctor and person. I canโ€™t explain enough to say how much she does care for her patients. Itโ€™s been 3 years I am getting care on her hand and I will be continuing this relationship with her. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor and get awesome health care. Thank you so much to you Dr. Aneilka Rodriguez . God bless to you.

My first complaint is the wait; we were made to wait 40 minutes after our scheduled time to see the nurse practitioner even though we'd arrived early. I realize this is not uncommon but that doesn't mean I have to accept it as good practice. My second complaint is that I was given a referral for an OBGYN at AdventHealth, which was the entire purpose of my visit to Dr. Phillips, and told they would fax their copy to AdventHealth. A few days later I call Advent to schedule an appointment and they say they hadn't received the referral and that it MUST be faxed to them from Dr. Phillips. Over the course of a month I called Dr. Phillips to have them fax the referral to Advent FOUR TIMES and somehow it never arrived at Advent. I even gave them different numbers to try that Advent had provided me with. Including the initial appointment, that is FIVE TIMES they failed to fax my referral over. Luckily I eventually spoke to someone at Advent who would just let me email them pictures of my copy in order to schedule an appointment. Lastly, we were told firmly that, with our insurance, the copay would be $142 and were asked to pay up front, which we did. A week or so later, we received an additional bill for $75. There were no special services rendered; we literally only had a consultation with the NP to acquire a referral for an OBGYN. So now, even with decent insurance, they want over $200 for a very basic visit after which they couldn't even manage to fax a simple referral? No. Never coming back. This is only the second ever bad review I've ever left for a business-- I am so dissatisfied with my experience at Dr. Phillips.

Jessica is a wonderful Nurse Practitioner who always takes the time to listen and make sure youโ€™re good. A provider thatโ€™s establishes a relationship with her patients is so necessary. Your health is her main concern and tells you like it is with empathy. It has been so hard finding a provider that doesnโ€™t treat you like a number. The Medical team and front desk are phenomenal! All medications, referrals, labs, and follow ups are printed at discharge to ensure continuity. Try this office out, you wonโ€™t be disappointed.
