2 months agoDr. Madani is great but her staff is extremely rude and slow paced. I tried to get my daughters script sent to another doctors office and they took forever and when the other office called her staff to try to get the script, they rushed them off the phone and hung up and we were STILL waiting. Dr. Madani deserves better staff working under her.

6 months agoAvoid at All Costs - Terrible Experience with Dr. Mayura Madani I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Dr. Mayura Madani with my child, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff at this clinic is incredibly unprofessional; they seem more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than attending to patients. The office itself is small and feels like it's stuck in the past, with outdated equipment and decor that gives off a vibe of neglect. As for Dr. Mayura Madani, I was utterly disappointed. She lacks any enthusiasm or genuine care when dealing with children. It's as if she's just going through the motions without any real interest in the well-being of her young patients. Her bedside manner is cold and detached, making the entire experience unpleasant for both me and my child. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a pediatrician to steer clear of Dr. Mayura Madani and this clinic. There are plenty of other healthcare providers who genuinely care about their patients and provide a welcoming and professional environment, which sadly, is something this clinic severely lacks.

a year agoI had a terrible experience with Dr.Madani. She tried to LOCK me in a room because of a mishap on her end with billing. She was very unprofessional and called Blue Care Network during my visit to get old claims situated. The insurance rep told her the claims were paid out & she wanted to know was it sent cash or electronically?! Something that couldโve waited after I left the office. I stayed in the room with her trying to figure everything out she began being very rude and making faces at me because she thought โ I owed her moneyโ my daughter was never seen during this time. I wouldnโt recommend her at all!

7 years agoDr. Madani has been my son's primary caregiver/pediatrician since he was born. He is 3 now. I have never had a complaint up until now. Before he began going there, she actually came to my post delivery room to offer her services. She was very warm, welcoming and very hands on. She took her time and her energy was amazing when he first attended, really for the first two years. Even the staff were great and always remembered my son when he would visit the office. I believe it was a fairly new practice so the level of customer service was superb. What caused me to give her practice anything less than a 5 star rating was my son and I last visit. I could tell that her practice had grown exponentially, which is a blessing, but now she seemed overbooked. She gave a short smile, short conversation, and rushed through the whole visit. She kept insinuating that my son needed an immunization to which I responded I wasn't there for immunizations, just a wellness visit. She told me that my 3 year old needed to loose weight which she never had before being that he was born 8lbs and 4oz and has always had a cocky/stocky build. In addition, at the end of the visit I was given a wellness form by the "intern" as well as the MA which indicated poor communication between staff. I loved this doctor when I first began going there with my son. Now she just seems overworked, cold, distant, noncommunicable both with her staff and parents, as well as non participative concerning the parents view and education of the child's health. As a doctor who specifically works with children (pediatrician) these qualities are unacceptable. Signed: A Very Involved Mother
