Dr Mazen Abdallah has been the most trusted and caring physician I have been lucky to be a patient of. I always felt I could trust his advise and knew he had our best interests which he supported with his knowledge, advise and care. My husband and I did not feel at any point that we should give up on our fertility journey which lasted 3 years because of the facts he put forth for our chances. Dr Abdallah took the best routes of treatment options available for our situation and also tried tested new routes, when he determined it would work for us. Third time round got lucky and blessed. Fertility treatments are mentally & physically exhausting and a challenging process with lots of uncertainties. My fears were put to ease whenever I requested for the Doctor’s advise. He followed through on time sensitive treatment days, even at the times when he was away on vacation and I had a major problem or concern. My faith in the Doctor’s ability never wavered due to his approach. He has always been clear to us and has patiently answered all our queries and concerns. Never felt time pressed at his appointments or that our questions or concerns were unanswered. Before any treatment started he always laid out the plan and direction to us. I couldn’t recommend Dr Abdallah enough and I am so glad to have been his patient. I shall always be grateful for Dr Abdallah’s skill, care and service.

Dr Mazen is a stellar! He is one of the best doctors in his profession, He is high energy, empathetic, thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He gives all options of treatment according to the case ,He gives hope and makes it easier than someone can think, Dr Mazen is always willing to take the time to listen to concerns and provide answers in an uncomplicated manner. He is also quick to provide as much medical based information as I need in an unpretentious tone. Clinic staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Dr. Mazen is the most respectful, professional, and friendly physician I ever dealt with during my infertility journey that lasts for 12 years. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in each visit even on the days of my surgeries, no stress or fear at all. He answered all of our questions and explained everything in a simple and easy way. He was so gentle and caring during the checkups. I trusted every single step that he and his staff took toward achieving our dream of having our first baby. His staff (especially Edith and Kat even the ladies at the reception) is so kind and supportive and you feel like you are among your family ❤️. Strongly recommended for any couples.

Dr. Abdallah and his staff are the best! He was extremely patient and caring throughout the entire process. I did 2 retrievals at another clinic before switching to Dr. Abdallah. He answered all of my questions thoroughly - even the stupid ones. I didn't feel like a number (or a cattle call for scans like at my previous clinic) and he did not give me a cookie cutter protocol. He truly customized our regimen for me. He also made sure that when it came time to transfer, that we would give it the best shot.. so he recommended we cancel a couple of them until my body showed that it was ready. While it was disappointing, we trusted him and we are so glad that we did! We highly recommend Dr. Abdallah!!
