Dr. Mazin I. Abdullah MD

Very professional Doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. Dr. Abdullah listens to his patients and takes their concerns, preferences, and questions into consideration when discussing treatment. I’ve had five children and I wish Dr.Abdullah had been here to see me through to delivery with all of them. He is quite simply, the best of the best. My baby girl is turning 1 in August, she is my “rainbow baby” and I believe it was his top notch care that helped get her here safely. I would never hesitate to go to dr.Abdullah for any GYN issues, unlike some doctors, I know I will be listened to and heard when I bring up a concern. Thank you Dr.Abdullah and team ❤️

My wife and I have had fertility issues that we have been trying to resolve for the last few years. We were previously driving to Syracuse to CNY Fertility but found it to be inconvenient due to the travel distance. We were recommended by a family member to see Dr. Abdullah, who's office is located 45 minutes from our residence. My wife and I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Abdullah back in January and were rescheduled by Dr. Abdullah's office five times. On the day of the eventual appointment, my wife arrived 30 minutes early was asked to fill out registration paperwork. After completing the paperwork, she handed the paperwork to the receptionist and sat down. She sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes waiting to be seen. She then approached the receptionist and asked when she will be seen and was told that she was never registered and that the doctor was seeing another patient. The receptionist then told my wife that she would not be able to be seen today and asked her to reschedule. The receptionist told my wife that their may be availability for her to be seen on Friday and that she would call. I am very doubtful that she will call and I am not confident in this office's ability to maintain a scheduled appointment. This has honestly been one of the worst experiences that we have had with a medical provider and it is not encouraging for a couple that hopes to one day be parents. UPDATE 6/16/23: Dr. Abdullah's office called the following day and scheduled an appointment for the morning. Shortly after that, they rescheduled to the afternoon. Then about 2 hours prior to the appointment, his office calls to cancel the appointment and tells us that the next availability is in 6 weeks.

Dr Abdulla is a wonderful fertility doctor. He staff is always friendly and remembers who you are when u walk in the door. He is very helpful and gives u the information you need. He also takes rhe time to explain everything thing to u in term that u understand. Overall he is a great fertility doctor.

I never found that he was very helpful. He's always in a hurry to serve the next patient. The staff were not that friendly, more like discussing things about the patients behind their back
