a week agoThis place sucks. Super slow. No one has any idea what's going on. Classic health care provider is the smartest person ever. Ignored my medical history and came to an awful treatment decision...after a 2.5 hr wait.

2 months agoTerrible customer service and absolutely disgusting bedside manner. Time is not on your side as a patient here. Thereโs no such thing as urgent in this facility. This is the second bad experience within four months. Terrible MRI tech and terrible doctor coming out blaming patients, as if itโs our fault for the long wait. This happened on August 14 at 1 PM

8 months agoCheck in was great. They were actually asking if people needed help for a change. Slowest I've ever seen it though and still waited an hour for triage. And then on way back to room, hear everyone say it's so boring today and have nothing to do. But then why an I waiting another two to three hours in a patient room as I hear and watch you all stand around and talk for that time before you decide to actually take care of your patients. I'm surprised you still have a business to run.

4 months agoThe absolute worst โurgentโ care. There is nothing urgent about this doctors office. They make you sit in the waiting room for over an hour after checking inโฆ then another hour in the room, dismissing your concerns.

a month agoWaited 2 hours for a urine test. There was no communication it would take that long. Unacceptable.
