in the last weekIn my experience, I have visited the emergency room twice and I love this hospital. First, the security they have. Second, and no less important, they do not neglect you. I felt safe on both occasions and the staff around me was very attentive.

in the last weekReceptionist for the ENT office in 3B was extremely rude & dismissive to not only me but every other patient I witnessed her speak to. I had to inform her multiple times that the self-checkin machines werenโt working because she kept talking over me and directing me back to them so she could go back to whatever she was doing on her computer. Someone working at the ophthalmologist desk next door had to alert me that the whole self check in system was down, and once I went back and told her that she finally checked me and the other folks standing around in. (she wouldnโt turn around and look at me, just shouted back to ask for my name). Was seen by a very sweet resident who conducted the majority of my appointment. She was knowledgeable and patient and answered my questions, but my time with the Dr did feel a little bit rushed. I got a satisfying answer from them about my issues and went on my way!

a month agoThe guards who write parking tickets to acs vendors parked in the acs vendor spot all park their personal cars in no standing/ambulance only zones, causing traffic in an ambulance zone, why is it that vendors with designated parking spots get tickets but the bellevue police can park in non designated zones taking up ambulance spots? Attached is examples of PO Best parking his base model ram in a no standing zone after ticketing acs vendors in their designated spots. I have emailed bellevue HR about it but never received any word on the outcome. The base model ram is the โofficerโsโ vehicle and the tan one is the vendorโs vehicle, read the signs behind both vehicles.

a month agoI love some of the Doctors here but the ones I have are the greatest. Even though they are supposed to see you for 15minutes my doctors take they time and explain everything to me and even listen (and cry with me) to my problems that has nothing to do what I have came here for. There are some good doctors that really care for their patients they look at me as a person and not a paycheck (or just a number) when I become a number to my doctors I will leave. These Administrators need to understand that we are people too ( they have to look at us and treat us the way they would want these doctors to treat their family).

2 months agoFirst of all, I am happy with the medical care team thatโs assigned to take care of me. I also grateful for some of the people at the reception desk, who are considerate, supportive, especially those on the M floor, the follow-up they provide me at this hospital is mindful to me. I also had a good experience in the ER , the doctors and nurses was caring too. Keep up the good work.
