a week agoThe staff at highland Care is very friendly, empathetic and truly helps the patient as well as checking in with the family members. The facility is very clean ,the front swak staff when you enter is pleasant and welcome you with a friendly smile and hello. The PT and OT staff the two young ladies that was helping my aunt today was very warm and caring ,the took very good care of my aunt.

a month agoMy visit was awesome. My relative is well taken care of. Very clean environment, friendly workers. It felt like home to my love one. I would recommend highland care center to anyone who is looking for some peace of mind for their love one to stay. I notice they have a lot of daily activities for their clients.

2 months agoAll these 5 stars reviews from people are just fake. I can tell you honestly, my mother is currently in this facility and she's receiving the worse care possibly. At all cost, please don't send your loved ones here. There's total neglect from the doctors in the facility. This place should be shut down by the state. The only people that are doing a decent job are the underpaid aides cleaning the patients. Everyone else has no compassion, care, kindness or concerns for patients well-being and their health. I am going to write a detailed letter to the attorney general's office and other state and federal agencies to have this place investigated as soon as possible. I wish l can take my mother out of here but unfortunately due to her current insurance l can't.

a month agoAs soon as I came to Highland Care center I was not able to walk. After a few days in the physical therapy, I was walking further and further. The physical therapy was persistent and kept pushing me to keep going. Now i am walking fully. I wouldn't be walking if it wasn't for the amazing care at the facility. I recommend Highland Care Center to everyone

2 months agoThe staff at Highland Care Center is awesome. My stay at the facility was amazing for me. The rehab, social work and nursing took great care of me. I am forever grateful for all the staff. The facility made me feel at home.
