The worst service EVER! One of the employees purposely didnโt let my family member in and made her wait all day and then told her the dr left. She went back the next day and let in a patient before her and it was her appointment time! I donโt know why she did that but she needs to be retrained and the office manager and dr needs to know about this. Iโm pretty sure this is not the first time she does this since she lets in whoever she wants and no one says anythingโฆ.but not this time. And if I can give ZERO STAR I would!
Iโve been a patient of dr. Khansa since 2013. I must say Iโm a very difficult patient I have my mental, psychological and physical health conditions and I can be bossy, arrogant, miss appointments and the faithful, Understanding and Knowledge Dr. Mohammad Khansa has never failed me. Never. Itโs been 11 years with him. I donโt like and disagree with the majority of these negative reviews. You come to him like me with all your problems and he gives his all to direct you, heal you, service you and maintain it all. heโs internal medicine/family physician the man chose a niche cut him some slack. Wow he really is patient ๐
About staff: In the past 11 years there where a few times where I couldnโt get a hold of someone over the phone or felt they maybe to much in a rush in person just doing the necessary to keep up (itโs also an urgent care). And staff members change sometimes and things get better. Things are obviously always managed by administration.
Dr Khansa is a kind hearted man. He would never turn anyone away. I lived in Michigan all my life and now I live in Florida and I still come home to see him twice a year. His staff is wonderful. Dr. Khansa and his family are very lovely people.
