Dr. Mohamed Ayad

I recently visited the Dearborn DR office and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As a new patient, I was given an incorrect appointment time, which disrupted my entire day's plans. When I arrived, the staff initially tried to blame me for the mix-up until I showed them the voicemail they had left confirming the incorrect time. Despite this, I had to return a few days later and faced an even worse experience. I have been dealing with abdominal pain for over a week, causing me to miss work. Today, I was supposed to receive my results and undergo another ultrasound. To avoid another scheduling error, I called to confirm the appointment time. The person who answered my call was working from home and was unable to provide any information about the office. After calling again and receiving no response, I decided to drive to the office. Upon arrival, I found two staff members in the back. One was assisting a patient, and the other was sitting idle. Despite seeing me standing there, neither acknowledged my presence. Instead, they attended to a walk-in patient who arrived after me. This lack of professionalism and organization was disheartening. The overall experience left me feeling that the office prioritizes insurance money over patient care. This lack of attention to detail and respect for patients is a reflection of the office's management. As a result, I now need to start over with a new doctor, and I still have not received my test results. I hope this feedback helps improve the office's operations and patient interactions.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I have a current licensing board complaint pending so I won’t say much. Just know that if you want your health concerns to be taken seriously, do NOT use them as your primary care providers! They believe most patients are too ignorant to read their own MRIs and that you are not qualified to question the inconsistencies in their diagnoses and what your results actually show. They are not practicing medicine. They are practicing keeping patients sick!

I've been seeing Dr.Suha for awhile now and honestly she is the best doctor any patient can ask for. She listens to you and respect your needs. I trust her very much with my health and recommend her to any new patient who is looking for a physician.

Feb 27th 2024 I called at 1pm for my medication, the lady that answered is very rude, I don’t know her name she doesn’t like her job. I don’t know why she’s working. She doesn’t like helping people. And I call back she doesn’t answer. Her customer service is very Arab and not professional. I hope she can be removed out of that place, I been a patient with ayad for 8 years. And I’m switching bc of her customer service. She sounds old and her English is broken.

Excellent service, Respectful, Welcoming staff, Honesty, Honoring service delivery timeline, Well Organized, and state-of-the-art medical center. When I explained to the staff my urgent need to complete the medical examination report for my wife, and we needed to meet our deadline, the staff took my statement very respectfully and informed the doctor of my need. Dr. Ayad showed high cooperation and understanding and promised to deliver his service within 24 hours. The next day, his staff called us so that we could pick up our medical report. The overall service is excellent. I expect that to be the best. Thank you, Dr. Ayad, for your service
