Dr. Mokhtar M. El Deeb MD

I had a very bad experience here with Dr.Robert Klaus he was very rude to me and saying I was acting like a child because I am not on birth control pills and say I am not being responsible and that I’m not being real with myself and that I should get on birth control. He talked about my boyfriend whom he doesn’t even know and claims my boyfriend doesn’t care since he isn’t taking any responsibility into us having protection. He was so he made me feel embarrassed and very upset he did not have nice things to say I recommend to not go to him at all! My boyfriend was extremely upset with the things he said about him and made a report about him.

I've seen two different doctors at the North Olmsted location and have had excellent service every time I've gone in. The front desk staff are all responsive and extremely nice. They are always accommodating and helpful. Nurse Sherry is wonderful and always has a great attitude. Nurse Tamela is less than stellar with a brusque bedside manner and not personable at all, but I guess not everyone in an office can be a winner. Overall, the office itself and staff are excellent.

To be honest I haven’t gone to a gynecologist in 9 years! I find it embarrassing and uncomfortable but I was having some issues and I was referred to here to Dr Meredith Dorr. I had an excellent experience at my visit. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

Dr klauss is a amazing and incredibly intelligent doctor. I have been going to him for over 20 years and my experience is always positive. He delivered both of my children and cares for all my obygn needs some of a complicated and sensitive nature. His staff is quick and friendly.

Dr klaus is very thorough, looking up my medical history and took the time to answer all my questions. Very nice friendly doctor. I’m very happy with him. I’m glad I switched to him from my other dr I used to see. The nurse who took my blood pressure was super nice also.
