a month agoI canโt say enough good things about Dr. Alwazeer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. Itโs evident that he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. He has a wonderful way with kids, making them feel at ease and turning what could be a stressful experience into something much more manageable. The staff was great as well. We were seen on time which I appreciate. Most doctor visits in my experience are always running late.

2 months agoAbsolutely love him as my sons doctor and the staff. They are super knowledgable and always gives us more information and tips to help us. His prior doctor was good but didnt provide information to help unless we had specific questions. The only thing I dislike is the hospital calls me every 90 days to confirm our information. I walk in and have to have someone look up the appointment information to direct me to a kiosk to login to then go upstairs to check in a 4th time. Its a little absurd and I wish they made things more efficient and less of a waste of time. This would not be an ossue if I dealt with it once a year. However, every 3 months or more if there are other times we need to come in is excessive. I hate to switch but I dont like my time wasted. I wish they had their own office instead of the hospital I can go in.

a year agoWe arrived within 15 mins of our appointment, at 11:14. And were declined the visit. We filled all paperwork online, they ask all sort of questions, but do not mention anything about their late policy. They can't accommodate the patient or respect their schedule and expect everyone else to respect theirs. We explained our situation, that my kid was already sick the previous day, they could call her pediatrician and cross check. That we lived 40 mins away. But they took a long time to just relay the message. We arrived at 11:15 and waited until 11:40 for a response. Finally walked out deciding that we wouldn't want to see a doctor who's that inconsiderate toward patients. Horrible experience
