4 years agoSeveral years ago, Dr. Ayas helped provided me with a diagnosis and treatment plan for a GI condition. He was always very kind and genuinely interested in helping me feel comfortable/understand my treatments. When I turned 18, he offered to continue my treatment plan until I graduated college which was very helpful seeing as I was a full time student attending college a few hours away from my home town! I ultimately found a new GI doctor, but I will always appreciate Dr. Ayas' medical support and education when it came to questions, fears, new medication, etc. Additionally, the nurses were always easy to talk to and super nice! I think my only negative would be the occasional long wait; but I knew my appointment time months in advance so I wasn't in a rush to do other things and I understood it meant other people were getting the care they needed.

3 years agoA few months ago I was out because I had ankle surgery. I could not walk for 3 months. I quite obviously gained a bit of weight. I have and currently am struggling with my self esteem and body issues. Any comment about my weight will set me into a depressive episode that will last for days. When I talk to this doctor, he finds every excuse necessary to talk about my weight/my weight gain. He talks down to his patients. Makes me feel like garbage after every visit. He also does not seem interested in his job at all. 10/10 would not recommend.

3 years agoWe found Dr. Ayas to be patient, pragmatic and easy to work with, helping us look for long term resolution of health issues. His office is well run by caring people. I would recommend him.

2 years agoI had 2 appointments from 2 months ago, and I asked them if they would remind me of my appointments they said they would and when it came time they reminded me of one appointment not the other. when I came to the appointment he only said he would see one of my children not the other, whom both of which I had to take out of school, this is so unfair, he did not care about the circumstances which was not my children mistake.
