9 months agoMy family is grateful for Dr. Kashlan. He treated my mom in the hospital, and remembered us at the follow-up visit the next week. He is caring and takes the time to explain the diagnosis and procedures to the patient and family. He treats you like you are intelligent adults, and provides information for you to make the best decisions based on your values and health goals, rather than forcing you into a particular treatment. He took the time to work with my mom to ensure she understood how to use the inhaler correctly. He also made the extra effort to set up home oxygen delivery on the same day of our first appointment. The medical assistants are friendly and encouraging during the testing procedures, and the office staff is professional and assists in setting up appointments with other clinics so that you do not have to make dozens of phone calls later. We highly recommend this office and appreciate having Dr. Kashlan on our team. This office does try to accommodate patients with emergencies, so be prepared that your appointment may start late (so bring a book), but in our experience the appointment was worth the extra time to be able to see such a thoughtful and attentive doctor.

10 months agoDr. Kashlan is a treasure! He treated me when I was the sickest I can remember ever being with upper respiratory issues. He was so kind, took his time to listen to me, heard my concerns and was more thorough than any of the three prior physicians that I had seen in the previous weeks. His smile and concern are truly genuine. My highest respect and gratefulness to him.

a year agoDr. Kashlan is a very caring and patient doctor. I am so happy I came here. He has helped me resolve my issues/concerns with very minimal medications. He got right down to the root cause. I cannot thank him enough for all of his care.

2 years agoDr. Kashlan saved my life in 2021 when I was cared for by him while on a ventilator in ICU (from Covid) for over a month at Ascention Hospital in Rochester. Dr. Kashlan has continued to care for me since and shows a level of knowledge and, mostly, incredible compassion. Itโs not to strong to say I love Dr. Kashlan.

6 years agoI started seeing Dr. Kashlan over 15 years ago. As a medical professional I am always micromanaging my personal Healthcare. I admire this Dr. For his ability to listen, and trully show concern for each patient, individually. Despite insurance imposing rigid rules on time alotted- he Focuses on the patient's need- and not the clock.Dr. Kashlan has not lost his sense of caring, that is missing now- due to critical barriers - such as ObamaCare...he will work with you- and LISTEN TO YOU- and will join you in your goalss... to get your healthcare needs Met. I am blessed to have him as my pulmonologist. Thanks you again. Your patient and friend- Valerie Hatahet- Locke
