3 weeks agoI will always advise having any surgery performed by Dr. Alibhai. He self admittedly botched my initial gallbladder surgery and left me with permanent pain. I would sue if I had the means to. He did not perform the initial surgery as he stated he would thru a multi site incision and opted for a single incision without my consent. As a result of the surgery he performed to remove my gallbladder he caused a hernia and left a piece of my gallbladder inside me. I was left in debilitating pain. He performed an additional surgery to repair the hernia he admitted he caused and stated he would look over the gallbladder site to see what was causing my pain. He repaired the hernia but did not look at the gallbladder site, as he said he would. I pulled the surgical report to confirm my suspicions. He lied and told me everything was fine. Well another surgery by a different surgeon found the remaining piece of gallbladder stuck inside me but unfortunately I am still in pain. Believed to be nerve damage by Dr. Alibhai. It is awful. He won't that clinic after I filed a grievance and is now here. Please stay away at all costs

a month agoI complained about the delays of the procedure and that I was thirsty, hungry and tired. Dr Alibhai berated me, intimidated me and threatened me. His tirade was unprofessional and mean. I have file a grievance w/hospital and state.

9 months agoDr. Alibhai and his staff are amazing. They stay on top of your case, quickly return phone calls and emails, and are so friendly! I highly recommend them. Dr. Alibhai doesn't try to rush through appointments. He is willing to discuss everything thoroughly and make sure you're both on the same page. AJ is so sweet and thoughtful and really goes to bat with the insurance. AJ and Paul are so quick to get back with you.

a year agoBest team, best doctor and best program for sure! Dr Alibhai is compassionate, so good at what he does and put me at ease right away. They have the process streamlined and efficient, which makes it so much easier on the patient! Thank you Nova for putting together a great program!!! *EDIT: Just had my first nutrition appointment with Caroline and she is just as great as the rest of the program they have put together in Irving! She is knowledgeable and helpful and thinks on her feet to help with individual needs and concerns. I truly feel cared for and recognized as an individual at Nova...not just a number! Love that about them!

11 months agoThis is hands down the best doctor, he so nice, and the staff is too. Once I have my funds put together, I'm definitely going to this doctor. He explains everything, and if you have thousands of questions, he is patient and will answer all of them!!! 09/20/2023 Update: I went to your office and paid for my visit, why is office trying to bill me three months later for payment. I paid in office. What's going on? This is not okay. Very inaccurate and someone in office needs to reach out to me immediately and resolve this. Gloria Cisneros
