4 months agoToday was my first appointment to get some assistance and figuring out why I am having these issues.(seizures) So my primary doctor had transferred me to a Neurologist to hopefully get answers to the questions I have. The front staff was sweet however it's the head doctor in charge that was rude. Mutaz A.Tabbaa, was speaking with me in a nasty condescending rude tone of manner. I am a seizure patient with history of mental and physical abuse from my mother. She has never took me to see a neurologist if she did I wouldn't be in the position I am now with my fiancรฉ taking care of me. This rude doctor basically told me he can't service me if I didn't allow him to continue to have an attitude with me. In front of my husband and my 3 yr old daughter. Then he kicked me out because I asked him if there was a different doctor that I can speak to because I didn't like the tone or the attitude and i was uncomforable. He had the audacity to say I needed to apologize for offending him or I wouldn't get treatment as he states (with more attitude and entitlement) "I'm the only doctor that can treat you" because he feels that he can treat people any kind of way because of his authority. Kindness is FREE it goes along way you don't have to treat people in this way no matter the reason in his personal life. I need care and as a doctor in the medical field his job is to care and help people like me who needs assistance. If he had a stern attitude with me he would have a stern attitude with someone else also. So therefore people like him need their license taken away. I will be submitting a complaint to the HEAD Following another complaint that this man will lie on you and say that my husband threaten him at his office. Which wasn't true in any shape or fashion. This egotistical rude money exortionist of a doctor basically lied spare him from getting himself in trouble. I gotten a call from an an officer saying someone heard my husband (threatening to come back with a knife) and that wasn't once was said. HE'S OUT OF HIS MIND & lying because someone stood up to his rude unprofessional behind.he will do anything to protect himself. IF YOU VISIT THIS DOCTOR RECORD HIM AND FILE A MEDICAL COMPLAINT WITH HEALTH BOARD!! WE DESERVE BETTER CARE AND COMPASSION FROM OUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS!!!

9 months agoDr. Tabbaa and his staff are very helpful and friendly. This was our first visit and we were extremely pleased. Dr. Tabbaa was very well prepared for our visit, he already had records and information on my sons stroke. He listened and explained very well. He didn't rush us out. We are very glad we were referred here. My son left with hope in his heart. Thank you guys!

a year agoOffice is very attentive and appointments are proactively confirmed. Dr. Tabbaa goes above and beyond all expectations to help patients resolve or manage their issues. He personally found the right formula of prescriptions and diet to manage and reduce the inflammation of my MS diagnosis. He also brought me peace with a remedy to cure an ongoing, tormenting chronic issue unrelated to my neurological disease. I can't thank him enough. He also has an incredible sense of dry humor.

2 years agoDr. Tabbaa is the best doctor I have ever met. I'm serious, because I've been to so many doctors, different specialties, and basically the appointments were limited to no more than a 15-minute visit, in which the analyzes were briefly looked through, and never once did anyone delve into the problem. My problems were not solved and I ended up self-medicating. As well as waiting in the office for an hour or more, Inability to get through to offices, constant confusion in documents ... This is what other doctors had all the time. And Dr. Tabbaa Talked to me for an hour, asked a lot of questions, explained every detail of the problem very carefully, all very professional and wise. And special respect to the staff of his office, I also have never come across such professional service, when all the details of the appointment with the doctor are exactly observed, where every detail in the paperwork questionnaire is important, which is additionally asked and clarified. I really haven't seen this anywhere. And I think that this is correct, All doctors should be like Dr. Tabbaa, and office workers should be like he has, I think that it is his merit that his employees are all as responsible as he is. Thank you very much to the doctor and all his staff, I was with my friend, who is also always dissatisfied with the service in clinics and the quality of medical care, but here she was also pleasantly surprised and shocked by how perfect the service and accurate and attentive treatment and responsible employees are.thank you so much! I recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a great neurologist. Dariia and Ana.
