Doctor Salib is great. I see him as urgent care doctor and I wanted him to be my primary doctor as he is quick and solve the problem. However, even just next door, my experience with primary care office involve long wait. The front desk guy does not seem understand what I said about the concern and he will ask multiple times for same questions so I have to repeat. Other staff seem to be nice and considerate of the time. Again great doctor, but long wait for maybe 5-10 min talk with the doctor.

This Dr might be good if you don't mind waiting for two hours for a routine checkup. Every inquiry was pretty standard that everyone doctor would do so I was not impressed at all after two long hours wait. Then they will ask you to go in the office again to get the test result because the doctor will not call or post online or mail the result to you so you'll need another appointment for doctor visit which is generally fine as insurance should cover it. However, it was another one hour long wait simply to get your result, while waiting in the exam room with the result already printed laying out in front of you. Then finally a doctor came in to review the result with you. Guess what?! It's not Dr. Salib or anyone you've been before - but a NP you're going to meet for the first time. She's fine but I feel cheated. Save your time somewhere else. This doctor does not have any respect for other people's time. He seemed very stressed when talking to the patient or his staff. Maybe he was having a bad day but his practice made me also have a bad day!

I recently had a great experience with the primary care services in Forest Hills. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They provided thorough explanations and answered all my questions, ensuring I understood my diagnosis and treatment options. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend the primary care services in Forest Hills for their exceptional care and professionalism.

They charge the follow-up phone call as regular visit. I don't accept that. The story began with a urgent care visit to check my soar throat, and I was only supposed to pay the $50 copay, but they wanted to charge me $150 and told me it was for deductible. I told them my insurance plan doesn't have deductible for visit, my family and I recently visited other urgent care providers, they all only charged us $50 for visit copay. The front desk lady compromised at that time, but the clinic sent me a $100 bill 1 month later. Except failed to count my payment in, one of the most ridiculous things in the bill was the item so called "expanded problem" happened the day after I visited them, the only contact I had on that day was a follow-up phone call from them to check how it was going. Apparently they counted as a regular visit, what a smart business plan. update on 2/28/2023(per their clinic clerk's request), I called their billing department, pointed out that they should count in my copay I paid in their clinic, they fixed this issue rightaway. Also I told them they shouldn't charge follow-up phone call, but they told me they always charge follow-up call. and the billing lady told me to call the clinic because they couldn't make any changes, and I called the clinic again, they went through all the documents and treatment I had during the visit, they found that I didn't have any exam or lab test, so they shouldn't call me at all. So they decided to take out the "expanded problem" item from the bill. To the clinic: I don't believe Dr shall charge the follow-up phone call which only tell patients' test result, you have your reason, but I don't accept, I will go for the one that don't charge it. it is your responsibility and obligation to inform your patients' their test results. My son's pediatrician, 70yr old, gave me his personal cell#, so I can ask him question directly about any issue or doubt, PM pediatric care's follow-up call are always free, and no non-sense argument after visits, Cohen Children Hospital's ER is the same, no BS after all. you can keep your business model, that's your thing.

I got referred to see Dr. Salib by one of my friends. I was so satisfied with the way he treated me when I was sick, so I assigned him as my primary care doctor. Dr. Salib takes great care of his patients and tries to get down to the root of the issue. Iโ€™m so lucky to have him as my primary care doctor and would 100% recommend him to friends and family
