in the last weekMy entire family has been utilizing the amazing care offered at BID Milton for years but never have I had such a delay in care. 6hrs and still going... waiting for my sister to be evaluated for chest pain, testing and labs were completed, she was returned to the waiting room after each test. 5.5 hrs later and she still has not been seen by an MD. Waiting room is packed and everyone is being triaged in the middle of the waiting room. Not sure if this is the new norm now that Carney is shut, but regret not driving directly to Boston for her evaluation and hoping her test results will be benign.

2 weeks agoBill sent to a collection company while I was on a payment plan with zero notice. No voicemail or mail to inform me if there was any error with my payment method which I never tampered with. Additionally, I was never able to access my patient account to even view the bills or amount left online. Albeit, I left alone because I had autopay setup with them on the phone so I never bothered asking to fix it. I had every intention to pay the balance, but Bid Milton lacks any kind of courtesy to their patients.

a week agoFigure it out yourself. Place is so inconsiderate to patients. Love to be on their cell phones rather than do their jobs. If u have family donโt bring your loved ones here. Went way downhill from the old days. Inconsiderate to my 83-year-old mother absolutely disgrace. Went in there, and my mother was laying in a puddle of piss absolute disgrace. I would fire the whole management team.

3 weeks agoI will like to Thank all the doctors and nurses. Who took good care of my husband David. And made us feel like family. I'm going to miss those nurses that prayed and for us. And those who help me get thru this hard time and the new friends I made. You all will be in my prayers. And once again Thank You all from the bottom of my heart. Love Melissa

in the last weekThere is a reason for the low rating! It's so rough on kids! Testing my baby's nose is making my baby cry! It's very rough! The doctors were very friendly at the front desk this time! I didn't know emergency room nurses were so unfriendly to kids! Probably also bully our poor English people! Even kids get hurt in here!
