Dr. Osama O. Haikal, MD

My mom & I were both patients of Dr. Haikal. There was a little falling out with him but we absolutely love Dr. Haikal. It would be nice to be able to see him again. He is one of the best, truly best gastrointerologist doctors. I didn't realize I was suffering from a very bad problem which affected my whole body & guess it started affecting my mind. But am thankful & blessed to have got that issue resolved. The falling out was soon after the Covid pandemic when it was really bad & didn't think/take into consideration that maybe you guys had been maybe backed up with other patients that maybe had been in line to have procedures done before us. So very, very, very sorry for how we acted & I didn't realize the issue I was having started affecting my whole body & we're & we've been very sad that we lost a very good GI doctor due to our actions & behavior.

Words cannot express how amazing he is!! I never had a doctor I liked. He takes his time with you. When I first went to him he did a bit of testing found H pylori he then treated it, but was still worried about my gallbladder which was the whole problem. He knows what he is talking about, he keeps up with follow ups. The staff is amazing. The front desk lady I did not like at first but she turned out to be amazing also. Very quick with refills, easy to get appointments.), not after your money when he thinks you are good he will ask if you want a follow up or just to come as needed. I just love him!

From the moment I called for my first appointment, I have been treated with such compassion & dignity. I was sick & miserable & Dr. Haikal and his staff got me my procedure quickly. I’m on the mend & appreciate everyone. Staff genuinely want to help. I have waited a bit for end of the day appointments but I realized it’s because Dr. H takes so much time with you. I’ll take a book and wait. It’s worth it for a doctor who cares!

I first became a patient of Dr Haikal during the Covid peak. The doctor and his entire staff did not skip a beat. Professional , highly organized , kind and courteous all at the same time. This type of treatment is becoming rare in today's world especially in the health care industry. Dr Haikal is a great doctor and an even better man.

Dr Haikal is a good doctor but office policies and procedure really needs to be fixed. I overpaid $60 on my office visit and it would take them 8-10 weeks to issue a check and send my refund to me. Their office is also local and I am local. They said it’s just office policy. They take longer than me receiving my tax refund from the government.
