5 months agoHorrible place to get a service. They did not provide me the right information which lead to me a lot of unnecessary expenses from my insurance. All they cared about was to collect their money and forget, never cared for reply or help while I made serval phone calls with just cold replies โwe look into this and reply backโ which never happened. Eventually, I had to wait weeks until I made my physical presence to experience rude and unreasonable response from the lady at the front desk. I would not recommend this facility at all!

a year agoMy experience was great from start to finish. Nรกdia (reception) was very polite, received me very well and helped me with all the paperwork. The doctor was incredibly patient, looked over all my tests carefully and recommended only what was necessary. I live 45 minutes from Berlin and I confirm that the service was excellent and welcoming.

7 years agoWe love Dr. El-Alami. He and his lovely wife Nadia are like family members to us. Dr. El-Alami is not only an excellent physician, but a caring gentleman, treating his patients with a genuine fatherly concern. My wife and I highly recommend him.

3 years agoDr Elami and his wife Nadia are the two most caring individuals Iโve met in the healthcare field .They spend time with their patients and get me and my family in whenever we have an issue . If you had a problem as noted by the previous 2 posts then Iโm guessing thatโs on you and your poor attitude . We are lucky to have a practice that still takes people in for sick visits the same day as opposed to the larger health organizations that treat you like a number .

4 years agoReceptionist was rude, overheard her complaining about me asking for privacy policy (which was not only not provided with paperwork, I had to ask several times for it. HIPAA violation btw). Spent over an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room, doctor spent more time lecturing me about diabetes than talking about the reason I was there (a cough). Prescribed a pill and inhaler based on me saying I had several cats and a dog. Examination consisted of using a stethoscope and nothing else. No ears, nose, throat examination, nothing. Also very condescending. Shadiest doc I've ever been to.
